BBQ Class

Evie Mae's Arnis and team will be offering a Texas BBQ Crash Course on Saturday, February 18th from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Doughnuts, coffee, local beer, as well as a bbq lunch is included.

*This is not a competition focused class!!

We will be discussing all things barbecue with focus on brisket, ribs, and sausage including:

-Selecting meats

-Trimming

-Seasoning

-Fire management

-Slicing and serving

The goal of this course is to offer our tips for backyard barbecuing in a relaxed atmosphere where you can ask questions and be involved.
