This meal includes a delicious half inch cut of our house smoked, Certified Angus Beef, prime rib. Served with a spinach and strawberry salad (has pecans), green chile cheese mashed potatoes, fried brussel sprouts, Brazilian cheese bread, and a delicious, homemade dessert!
