Enjoy one of our Certified Angus Beef tenderloins. Smoked, then seared over oak coals for pickup, ready for you to reheat, carve and serve. These tenderloins include the "head" as well as the entire tenderloin, chain and silver skin is removed. Each tenderloin should serve 6-8 people.
